For registration follow these steps:

  1. fill in the registration form. If you need an invoice please give us details, in particular: the desired address and, where applicable, VAT ID to save taxes.
  2. receive our confirmation for the items booked and the overall amount to pay
  3. transfer your payment as described below.
  4. upon receipt of the proper payment we send you an invoice after the conference if you have indicated an address in your order submission.


  • Conference:
    • early bird (until May 30): 100 EUR regular, 30 EUR students
    • regular: 200 EUR regular, 60 EUR students
  • Conference T-Shirt: included in conference fee
  • Workshops: 10 EUR regular, 5 EUR students per person per workshop
  • Gala dinner (Wed evening): 60 EUR

Workshop and tutorial presenters get the conference fee (not dinner) waived.

    Jacobs University regularly uses this simple international payment method which avoids often high fees for regular bank transfers. Additionally, it permits online tracking of the payment process for both sides. You will be notified via email when the payment is received by Jacobs University. Money is expected to be transferred within two working days.
